EPS – The Insulating Core: TSBox and Coolants: TSCool
Our primary range of products under development comprises of Expanded Polystyrene Insulation boxes - TSBox, which forms the primary insulating core of the packaging system. TSBox is moulded with apt density to achieve the required performance standards.
TSBox offers a wide range of payload space, from 4 liters to 30 liters payload space with durations up to 96 hours and above.
We are also in process of developing coolants – TSCool, which will comprise of innovative solutions and also industry accepted conventional coolants. TSCool’s size will be optimized to suit your payload and transit conditions, thereby reducing inventory and delivering you ultimate flexibility.
TSCool comprising of a phase change material (PCM) are also under development. A phase change material is a substance with a high heat of fusion. It is a substance that is used to control a constant temperature while it is changing phase.
Vacuum Insulated Panels: TSVac
Vacuum Insulated Panels (VIP) are used as a thermal resistor to reduce the heat transfer from the surroundings to the payload along with PCM packs that maintain the desired payload temperature. An optimization for the specified payload is in creation and designs to reduce the tare weight and dimensional weight using innovative technologies are under development. TSVac panels offer a high degree of thermal insulation and are suitable for shipments with higher degree of temperature sensitivity.
